Therapeutic Walk and Talk

Some folks need to be outside, need to move or need a change of scenery.  Whatever you need, with communication about how to best meet you where you are, we can change and shift the environment so you are comfortable and able to move and speak freely.  We will discuss areas where we can meet locally and within 10 minutes from my office, as well as issues around privacy and confidentiality when outside in public and in nature.
